Position: Intern for performance testing – Xiaomi
Location: Bangalore, India
Performance Testing Job Responsibilities:
You will be primarily responsible for performance testing of smartphones / TVs.
Performance Testing Job Duties:
- Execute test plans for performance test cases
- Set up test environments.
- Comprehensive documentation of test results from test and competitor equipment.
- Design and execution of development tests based on user feedback and reproducible questions.
- Evaluation and analysis of performance test results and analysis of bug reports and logs
- Locating bugs, collecting and tracking the bug lifecycle via JIRA
- Provide feedback on product usability and usability.
- Derive and implement enhancements and optimizations in automation case development.
- Working closely with feedback from beta users and external users in the Android Performance module and taking necessary actions.
- Provide technical support in Android technology as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Basic knowledge of testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, and bug lifecycle.
- Must have a good understanding of Android, mobile features, and basic principles of the HW module.
- Good to have a basic understanding of ADB commands, in Android.
- Basic knowledge of bug lifecycle, bug tracking systems like Jira and test track.
- Basic knowledge of Android Python, ADB commands and Ubuntu knowledge is an advantage
- Must have good communication skills and be willing to learn new technologies
Qualification – B.Tech preferred
