Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Work with HR Senior leaders in agreeing all aspects of People reporting data and analytics requirements and monitoring of KPIs to support the development of D&I, Reward, Talent, Learning, Absence, Performance, Org Design, Retention and Headcount strategies
- Analyze and clearly present data and other information to identify significant trends or key issues, provides recommendations and makes presentations on trends, forecasts, predicts future potentials.
- Responsible for managing creating and delivery of standard HR reports on global reporting calendar.
- Collaborate with HR (WFM, COE) and Finance stakeholders to drive reporting alignment.
- Triage and resolve WLSD reporting analytics requests and responding to urgent requests from Talent and business leadership.
- Push new processes of self-service for data and reporting delivery. Identify opportunities to automate / standardize and replicate regular reporting
- Ensure that all HR data privacy processes and procedures are in place and as well as adhered
- Analyze and create complex SQL and SSIS packages as needed to support new and evolving data integration projects and data extracts needed for further processing in Data Analytics
Desired Skills And Expertise
- 5+ years of experience of delivering people analytics and analytical solutions to HR leaders and business partners.
- Ability to form collaborative relationships and contract with key HR Leaders.
- Furthermore, Able to turn complex data into meaningful information and easily understandable visuals and stories.
- Able to create appealing visuals charts and as well as information to give fresh insight and support decision making
- Experience with analytics tools Power BI, SQL and as well as Advanced Excel is essential
- Experience of R, Python, Power Apps, Power Automate and as well as Power queries are beneficial
- Have a good knowledge of HR processes and as well as best practice
- Lastly, Exposure of Agile methodology will be added advantage.
