Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role at Wipro is to prepare test cases and ensure that the product / platform / solution to be deployed at the customer is implemented and meets 100% quality assurance parameters.
Do
- Ensure peer review of test cases and less work.
- Define test criteria, parameters, scope/limits and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- VB macros, scheduling, GUI automation, etc.
- Design and implementation of automation and reporting frameworks
- Diagnose bugs and generate file bug reports and report test progress
- There is no case of rejection/postponement of work items delivered and they are within scope of Wipro/client SLA and norms.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, tracks the results of quality risks and communication to stakeholders
- Track regular reports and test and customer performance
- Ensure good relationship with customer v.r.t. email content, bug report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette, etc.
- Timely delivery – WSRs, Test Performance Reports and related dashboard updates in the Test Management Repository
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner and prevent internal or external complaints
