Wipro ’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP)
Work Integrated Learning Program is a unique learning-integrated program that offers BCA and B.Sc. students the opportunity to build a remarkable career with Wipro while pursuing their Master of Technology at a leading educational institution in India sponsored by Wipro.
Criteria for admission
- Class: Pass 12. Standard: Pass
Graduation – 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above as specified in the college’s guidelines
Year of graduation
2021, 2022, 2023
Qualification
- Bachelor of Computer Application – BCA
- Bachelor’s of Science – B.Sc. Eligible courses: computer science, information technology, mathematics, statistics, electronics, and physics
Other criteria
- Open enrollment or distance learning is allowed for 10th and 12th only
- A backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment
- Applicants are expected to complete the backlog along with the 6th grade.
- Mandatory study of core mathematics as a subject in graduation.
- Business mathematics and applied mathematics are counted NOT as core mathematics in the graduation certificate.
- Maximum of 3 years GAP allowed in graduation (between 10th grade and beginning of degree program)
- No gaps in graduation are allowed. Graduation should be completed within 3 years of commencement.
- You should be a citizen of India or have a PIO or OCI card if you have a passport of another country.
- Nationals of Bhutan and Nepal must present their citizenship certificate.

Selection Procedure
Each eligible candidate must go through an online assessment; the information below is for reference.
Round 1 – Online Assessment
Online assessment (80 minutes) consisting of 4 sections:
- Oral- 20 min- 20 questions
- Analytical – 20 min. – 20 questions
- Quantitative – 20 min. – 20 questions
- Written communication test (20 min.)
Round 2 – Business discussion
Service agreement
60 months. Please note: If you decide to leave the company within this period, you will have to pay back the entry bonus on a pro-rata basis.

Wipro’s has the discretion to allow/limit each applicant’s participation in the Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP).
After passing the online assessment, applicants must complete an interview round.

Wipro also reserves the right to make an initial offer if the tentatively selected candidate does not meet certain conditions that are prerequisites for employment. Wipro also reserves the right to hold the candidate liable if he/she is involved in any illegal activities e.g. impersonation, fraud, submission of illegal documents etc.
Wipro will inform applicants of the results of the recruitment process through individual emails or other means of communication provided by each applicant.
Please note that if at any time, whether during the online test and/or interview or after you have joined the Company, we learn that you have used unfair methods or employed illegal means to complete your online assessment, the Company will withdraw or revoke the offer with immediate effect and we reserve the right to take appropriate action against you at our sole discretion.
