Wipro
- Troubleshoot user reported incidents and issues on a daily basis and provide timely updates in the ticket logging tool
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues OS
- Installation/re-installation/configuration/troubleshooting of systems, printers, scanners
- Installation/re-installation/configuration/troubleshooting of software/applications
- Installation/configuration/troubleshooting of e-mail clients
- Installation of anti-virus software and verification of automatic update of virus definitions on desktops/laptops where automatic update has failed
- Installation of approved patches on desktops/laptops where automatic update failed
- Removal of viruses on the respective desktop/laptop
- Handling IMACs (pre-approved, low impact installs, moves, adds and changes)
- OS creates builds from approved images
- Problem solving skills with Wipro, IBM, HP and Dell as well as other vendors laptop/desktop hardware
- Ability to quickly analyze and diagnose technical issues
- Problem determination and resolution within SLA
- Work with local and global teams
- Proactive and clear communication skills
- Quality and process knowledge
- Good customer communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts depending on project needs
- Desktop/phone setup for projects.
- Reduction of repetitive calls.

the organization will support King’s College London in developing a curriculum for a Master of Arts in STEM education that takes a blended learning approach with face-to-face and online learning.

King’s College London, and is aimed at science, math, engineering, and computer science teachers, as well as education policy makers.
It also offers students the opportunity to engage with policy and practice in a global context.
The 18-month program begins in January 2019 and supports early childhood teachers and STEM teachers in schools in Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, and Derbyshire. The mentoring program offers a blended model of face-to-face and online support for high-performing teachers STEM
They become effective mentors, drawing on the expertise of the Sheffield Institute of Education.
All teachers and educators also have the opportunity to earn 30 accredited points through additional participation in the Research and Development in Education module ( MA).
Each academic year, the program adds 20 elementary teachers and five to 10 guidance counselors.
