Roles and responsibilities at Wipro
- Main responsibility is to create customized dashboards for mapping PgMs/Leads on requirement basis, analyze data trends and report on those trends, suggest FRs in mapping tools to ensure better data capture.
- Automate various manual tasks.
- Analyze data and work on potential solutions for product level use cases.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Act as a liaison between various groups (engineering team, PgMs, Ops)
- Create customized workflow specific dashboards per PgM requirements to monitor progress.
- Elicit/process defects related to product development.
- Share quarterly project level work estimates with senior management
- Monitor data readiness tracker for high priority tasks.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience
- College degree in natural sciences
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience
- Strong understanding of BI technologies and their application, including impeccable SQL-based database, Plx and Lucor
- Studio
- Experience with QlikView, Microstrategy, Business Objects, Cognos, D3) is required
- Develop and run statistical models to identify trends and patterns.
- Deep interest in data, metrics, analytics, and trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation is a plus.
SQL
- Knowledge of tools from BI
- GISMapping experience

The 18-month program begins in January 2019 and supports early childhood teachers and STEM teachers in schools in Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, and Derbyshire. The mentoring program offers a blended model of face-to-face and online support for high-performing teachers STEM
They become effective mentors, drawing on the expertise of the Sheffield Institute of Education.
All teachers and educators also have the opportunity to earn 30 accredited points through additional participation in the Research and Development in Education module ( MA).
Each academic year, the program accepts 20 elementary teachers and five to 10 guidance counselors.
