Purpose of the role
The purpose of this Wipro role is to interpret data and provide ways to improve business performance, thereby transforming data (reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations, etc.) into actionable business decisions.
Do
- Manage the technical scope of the project according to the requirements at all stages.
- Collect data from a variety of sources (databases, databases, data integration and modeling) and interpret patterns and trends.
- Develop records management processes and policies
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer base and understand their requirements.
- Provide sales information, offers, data insights and account reviews to the customer base
- Identify trends to improve operational efficiency and automation
- Build and support automated data processes
- Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools for data validation and cleansing.
- Generate and track key performance indicators
- Analyze data sets and provide sufficient information
- Interact with internal and external customers to understand data content
- Design and conduct research activities in accordance with client requirements
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to the client’s business and prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
- Create dashboards, charts and visualizations to show business performance, as well as provide industry and competitor assessments
- Mine and analyze large databases, draw the right recommendations and successfully present them to management using reporting tools
- Develop effective models and share requirements with customers.
