Overview:
The Associate Analyst is responsible for configuring and testing the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System to meet the needs of our customers. Configuration includes using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA system as directed by analysis.

Qualifications – B.E / B. Tech / MCA (2021 & 2022 Degree in Computer Science)
Service contract – 12 months service contract
Office Location: Chennai
Shift Hours – 11.30am to 9.00pm & 5.30pm to 3.00am – Shift will be determined as per business requirement)
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), principles/concepts of SAS and mainframes.
- simple and complex SQL queries
- Writing intermediate SQL queries
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), SAS, mainframe principles/concepts.
- Test automation principles and some level of experience would be desirable
- Knowledges of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS, mainframe principles/concepts.
- Knowledge’ of test automation principles and some experience would be desirable
- Knowledge, of best practices and methodologies for system testing and software quality assurance
- Ability to break a complex problem into smaller, more manageable parts and understand and describe the relationships between those parts (i.e., good analytical skills).
- Apply basic relational database concepts (e.g., table relationships, keys, SQL and DB2 queries, etc.).
Communication and Excellence:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening skills).
