Role & Responsibilities:
Description
- Comprehend the client instructions, undertake preliminary trainings/refreshers and diligently execute all assignments possess business and process knowledge, understand workflows and operating procedures.
- Manage Production and meet SLAs.
- Monitoring production numbers and Reporting on production numbers and quality levels and also assist in query resolution
- Meet and strive to consistently exceed client expectations
- Consistently meet and exceed the productivity and quality targets
- Participate in Knowledge management initiatives
- Try and mitigate any issue escalations
- Provide adequate coaching & mentoring to junior legal analysts
Essential Skills:
- Exposure to client-facing responsibilities, issue escalation and compliance in Contracts Management.
- Experienced in using tools and databases
- Should possess a very impressive academic statistics
- Should have excellent command over the English Language, both in written and oral communication
- Should possess willingness to learn at a fast pace and deliver in minimal time
- Should be proficient on computers and computer applications
Good to have Skills:-
Anyone having the experience in working with law firms or having paralegal skill set. Non BPO -legal services, Paralegal skill set, supporting attorneys and paralegals in their documentation and correspondence Legal Services.
