Job Description:
Wellversed is looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to work full time in our Gurgaon offices.
We need a HR professional who understands the functions of recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Forms are mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives in line with overall business strategy.
- Conduct initial HR screening and culture fit interview rounds
- Formulate hiring plans, coordinate with leadership team and department heads, and provide solutions for smooth talent recruitment.
- Ensure continuous pipeline building for various open positions, identifying potential candidates through a variety of channels/sources and assessing candidates to ensure fit with role, cultural fit, etc
- Moreover, Develop and manage metrics to measure team growth and performance.
- Use a variety of strategies to overcome recruitment bottlenecks using headhunting skills,
- Take employer branding initiatives and expand company social media activities to attract diverse talent and also improve interview-to-hire ratios.
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant experience with solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, use of job boards and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to assess behavioural aspects/cultural fit of candidates
- Confident in the use of Google Sheets/Excel
- Excellent organisation in work planning and team communication
- People oriented and results driven
- Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Enjoys taking responsibility and as well as achieving goals.
