Job Description:
- Manage assigned retention & collection agencies to achieve KPIs.
- Ensure delivery of SLA in full compliance with the Code of Conduct.
- The role involves managing retention, collection, commission reversal and involuntary churn agencies and achieving targets.
- Required to make regular visits to agencies and on-site to review performance and other SLAs to improve productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned Retention & Collection agencies to achieve KPIs.
- Ensure delivery of SLA in full compliance with the Code of Conduct.
- Develop and plan agency infrastructure in line with allocation and forecast.
- Ensure all reports and feedback are well maintained in the agencies and used to take follow-up action on the portfolio.
- Have a robust governance process for retained cases, site visits, receipt book audits, I-card register, cash register, COC and HSW.
- Regular on-site visits with/without field staff for the purpose of audit/recovery
- Contribute to the development and also implementation of various training/coaching programs for team members.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in customer retention and as well as collections.
- Analytical Skills.
- Good process/systems knowledge/experience
- Presentation skills
Technical / professional qualifications
- Graduate, MBA preferred
- English and language of local market
