Job Description:
The Salesforce Developer works to design, develop, test and deploy scalable and secure solutions for the Salesforce.com Sales, Marketing and Service Clouds using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, LWC, Force.com, MVC concepts and other related frameworks and technologies.
The developer must communicate and interact well with peers and user groups that have varying technical skill sets. The developer must be able to understand documented and verbal user requirements and translate them into a technical reality that is efficient, secure, extensible, and maintainable.
Lastly, The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and implementing solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a software developer for sales, marketing and service applications based on Salesforce.com Sales, Marketing and Service Clouds using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, MVC concepts, Force.com, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.
- Collaborate with various product owners and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Services and Finance to extend the functionality of existing applications, implement new cloud applications, integrations and other enhancements.
- You will work with integration platforms such as Boomi to design, develop and deliver integration services that work efficiently, securely and accurately in a global environment.
- Moreover, You will collaboratively design and document system data flows, integration mappings, object models, and other relevant technical aspects of the various solutions.
- When required, assist with data cleansing, data transformation, and data uploads and downloads.
- Assist architects and business systems analysts in evaluating solution options for implementing new requirements or enhancement requests.
- Methodically troubleshoot various solutions in production in a timely manner and build a comprehensive understanding of functionality, configurations, customizations,
- code implementations, workflows, and as well as data models across the commercial IT landscape to incrementally improve troubleshooting response time.
Requirements: Salesforce Developer
- BS degree in software engineering, information systems, computer science or mathematics
- 3+ years of Salesforce.com development experience
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, MVC, Force.com, Flow, Process Builder, SOQL, ETL, and related frameworks and technologies
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies
- Experience with client-side scripting (JavaScript)
- Moreover, Experience with MVC design
- SFDC developer certification
Good to know:
- Experience with Salesforce community sites and customer self-service portals
- And Experience implementing Pardot and integrating it with Salesforce.com
- Experience migrating a classic Salesforce.com organization to Lightening Org
- Furthermore, Experience with WordPress and PHP
