Successes in this role include:
- Conduct coding and unit testing activities as directed, provided design documents and project definition guidelines (eg coding guidelines, CI, source code process, check-in/check-out procedures, etc.).
- Perform build and deploy activities for application development efforts according to defined delivery and deployment processes and procedures.
Strive to understand use cases and requirements for development. The DAR method is used to explore available alternative solutions by selecting the best option. - Ensure CSAT’s sustainability in terms of quality of service, adherence to SLAs, skills, technical knowledge, understanding of business needs and competencies.
- Perform integrity checks in staging environments such as development, test, quality assurance, and staging environments.
- Develop and test processes used for configuration management, deployment, and automation.
- Perform configuration management functions, including implementation and maintenance of configuration management systems and processes such as source code management, workflow, issue tracking, deployment, test provisioning, and test automation.
- To provide support for, and maintenance and improvement of, applications for some time.
- Work in accordance with the standards and methodologies used within the project or organization.
- Provides impact analysis details for assigned tasks.
- Foster innovation within a team or project.
You can be successful in this role if you have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree (bachelor’s degree preferred) or equivalent experience is required.
- No previous professional experience is usually required, but may have 0-2 years of coding and programming experience gained through internships and professional development courses.
