Job Description:
- Improve people experience opportunities by identifying new software/services to be developed/deployed.
- Analysis and decomposition of complex requirements.
- Performing gap analysis and recommending solutions.
- Ensure the use of systems to promote and embed value
Fill the role of subject matter expert to understand and facilitate business requirements. - Oversee the development of the product according to specifications.
- Facilitate change and configuration management.
- Monitor ongoing projects and propose the necessary actions.
- Validate the functionality of the product according to the requirements specifications.
- Analysis of the existing HR systems and as well as identification of improvement opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the role of business partnering
- Analytical skills to diagnose problems and develop practical solutions.
- Familiarity with the concepts, standards, technologies, tools, processes, procedures, hardware, software, and services used to deliver information services.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the systems development life cycle and project management methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge and also understanding of IT systems and their application or potential application to the business process areas supported.
- Working knowledge of data and process modelling
- Proficiency with digital tools/concepts such as PowerApps, Power BI, Immersive, Metaverse, AR /VR/ MR, UI /UX Design
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of HR business processes and as well as procedures would be an added advantage.
