Roles and responsibilities :-

Tech Mahindra

  • Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, including but not limited to answering phone queue calls, customer emails, chat support requests and providing after hours support to resolve technical issues.
  • Support end-user devices/peripherals, including but not limited to computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing, and security.
  • Support activities include assisting end users, accepting IT break-fix requests from customers through multiple entry points, providing IT break-fix issue resolution, or routing the issue to the appropriate team.
  • First-line help desk; troubleshoot basic level 1 issues and some level 2 issues, including remote troubleshooting of hardware and software related issues (typically Windows, Mac OS, Apple, Google for Work, Android Phone Support, MDM, AirWatch, etc.)
  • Experience with retail devices such as point-of-sale devices, Zebra devices, switches, routers, printers, and other store equipment is a plus.
  • Follow up on assistance requests or incidents.
  • Researching questions and resolving technical issues.
  • Create/update knowledge articles and features for support processes

Required profile of the applicant

  • Newcomers can apply
  • Experience – Min 6 months to 1 year (mandatory) and 1 to 2 years (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with SVAR score of 65 or above.
  • Work from office – Pune location.
  • Salary requirement –
  • Entry level : 3 – 3.5 LPA
  • Experience: between 3,5 and 5 LPA
  • Cab will be provided
  • Rotational shifts with rotational weeks (including night shifts)
  • 5 days work with 2 days off week

Experience :-

  • Good to have – ITIL knowledge
  • Graduate from a recognised institution or university graduate with relevant technical experience
  • Previous customer service/technical support or technology experience
  • Experience – Min 6 months to 1 year (mandatory) and 1 to 2 years (preferred)
