- SALARY – 180000-260000 per annum.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling customer calls
- Explaining products.
- Persuading customers and offering sales.
- Handling calls related to inquiries, surveys and feedback.
- Handling inquiries and service calls.
- You will be required to resolve customer questions or issues.
Eligibility Criteria: –
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada/ Telugu & Tamil (any language).
- Freshers as well as experienced can apply.
- Experience in telephoning or remote selling would be an advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to work from office.
- Immediate start preferred.
- No cab travel available.
