At Tata communications monitor and deliver back office service supplies, including online fulfillment, network access, and customer order fulfillment. System and process improvement projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders across the ILD, NLD and MAN networks. Ensure network availability and bandwidth availability in network provisioning.
Investigate the need for capacity augmentation/optimization to address capacity degradation in the network. Plans, organizes, and directs all operations related to installation support, network maintenance, and core operations.
Identify and implement new system updates. Responsible for configuration of telecommunications infrastructure and/or network components to meet design specifications. Manage and monitor order planning and delivery from a configuration management perspective.
Lead and supervise the team to design the system to ensure client engagement within the agreed time and deliver the project to the implementation team. Implement change management initiatives, issue change requests and monitor change processes and IT initiatives to ensure timely delivery of cost-effective service layers that are actively tested to customers and continuous improvement.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve problems and take corrective action as needed. Manage technical expertise, business planning, and work flow to ensure network and network solutions/network optimization. Ensure that all installation functions meet specifications.
