Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Reporting: develop and manage views for various business metrics: Dashboards, Scorecards. Coordinate with MIS and Analytics for data collection using SQL/Excel and ensure data purity for daily reporting.
- Growth: develop and execute BAU OPD growth plans – i.e. conversion improvement charters (across MOTs). Lead OPD growth planning from the bottom up.
- Program Management: program management of MS growth plans and urban growth projects. Develop activity systems, tracking mechanisms, and ensure timely calls and adjustments for the MS Win plans. Identify city-level opportunities and execute MS Win projects at a hyperlocal level.
- Analytics: analyze data and generate key insights on business, user quality, redemption funnels and other business critical metrics
- P&L Management: SPOC for partnership P &L consolidation and review, along with Biz Fin/Accounting teams.
- Process/Program Management : End-to-end process/program management of strategic partnerships through internal outreach to key stakeholders and lead execution to completion
- Strategic Initiatives: Ideate, problem solve and implement key process improvement initiatives within the team
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business/related field
- at least 1 year of experience as a business analyst
- Excellent planning, organizational, and as well as time management skills
- Strong problem solving skills and as well as the ability to work in ambiguous environments with a high level of personal responsibility
Proficiency with SQL, Excel, PowerPoint - Understanding of basic statistical and also probability concepts
- Strong desire to act quickly and push boundaries
