Job Description:
- StellarIT is looking for a Recruiter to join our team in our Hyderabad office and also open for 100% REMOTE.
- Moreover, The Recruiter is responsible for developing strategic staffing approaches to attract a broad pool of qualified talent to the company.
- The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and as well as leadership skills, experienced negotiation strategies and excellent organizational skills.
- He/she should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and also retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage talent acquisition – Post jobs and advertisements in select locations. Screen and also select qualified applicants and resumes.
- Coordinate the interview process with individuals and also panels. Obtain interview feedback and as well as communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
- Strategic planning – managing all phases of the hiring process. Work with senior management to understand the company’s hiring needs.
- Develop exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract high performing employees.Draft and prepare job descriptions as needed. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate life cycle.
- Administrative duties – scheduling interviews, drafting questions, attending job fairs and as well as other recruiting events. Completing other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources is preferred
- Five years of experience in direct recruiting and also managing all phases of the process
- Proactive sourcing tactics and as well as high level of initiative
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
