Key Accountabilities:
- As a key member of the Pega Nearshore Consulting team, you will work closely with clients and Pega architects to develop high-quality deliverables at all stages (from conception to user acceptance testing) that enable our clients to improve their business operations.
- Pega is changing the way the world develops software. In this role, you’ will help us design, develop, implement, and test the next generation of Pega products.
- This is your chance to build customer and learning technologies that figure out what people really care about.
- You will actively participate in the design, development and testing of the target industry framework(s) in Pega Infinity.
- Create application components that meet quality standards and build them within agreed timeframes.
- Review work of junior team members and ensure it meets required standards.
- Drive new business growth and customer success by providing expertise.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and the Pega team onsite and remotely; continuously focus on customer success.
- Ensure customer success through effective management and as well as delivery in diverse work environments by understanding dynamics, timing, etc.
- Will work with the client and business team to develop high quality deliverables in all phases of a project, from participation in the requirements, design, and build phases to delivery of high quality deliverables and user acceptance testing.

- Use your industry experience to advise and influence client’ direction using Pega best practices.
- Demonstrate your commitment and enthusiasm for the customers success by ensuring that the delivered product is fully functional, meets the customer’s defined and as well as approved business requirements, and meets or exceeds expectations.
- Provide technical training and user support to technical and business groups.
Requirements & Skills:
- Systems Architect/Solutions Architect with experience in Pega implementations and experience working in an Agile environment with enterprise customers.
- In addition to, You have 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
- Moreover,You are Pega CSSA certified.
- Have experience working with Pega 7.x/8.x.
- Candidate have experience working with job schedulers/queue processors/agents.
- Candidate have experience working with integrations.
- Have experience working with Flows, Flow Actions, Activities, Data Transforms, Declare Rules, Data Pages, Validations, Decision Rules, Functions, Report Definitions and Basic UI Components.
- Should have experience in creating new applications and classes and as well as have a clear understanding of class structure and class inheritance, framework and implementation layer concepts.
- You have experience working with branches and as well as rulesets and have hands-on experience with process and engine APIs.
- Musthave experience with application and as well as ruleset migration, product rules, and basic SQL knowledge.
Also have:
- A good understanding of Pega best practices & DCR approach.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
- Have experience working with enterprise customers.
- Consequently, You have excellent communication skills.
- Moreover, You have experience working with customers and as well as partners to gather requirements and develop a solution based on those requirements.
- Must have managed projects from project inception to go-live.
