To be considered for the Shell Graduate Programme:
- Must be in your final year of postgraduate study or have earned an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or PhD)
- from an accredited university with less than 3 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You must be an Indian citizen or have a valid work permit for India
- You must have completed your studies before your first day of work at Shell.
