SEGULA is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator Specialist to join the Indian team!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR activities in Chennai: local labour laws, employee rights, etc.
- HR administration for payroll (working hours, timesheets, sick leave, etc.)
- Point of contact for local management team for various HR issues
- Develop HR strategies, policies and practices
- Coordinate with technical team on training modules
- Employee retention activities
- Legal documents follow up
- Participation in local training and development projects
- Both qualified and experienced applicants will be considered
- PC skills – good Pack Office skills
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources, economics or social sciences or a related field is an advantage, alternatively a commercial apprenticeship with a high school diploma.
- You have around 5 years of experience in human resources management
- You’ are able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in HR /recruitment in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Desire to review, improve, create and follow processes
- Self-starter, dynamic and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to continuously improve, reflect and challenge own thinking
- Overview of a broad range of HR topics
- Knowledge of INDIA employment law
- Self-starter, initiates tasks, proactive attitude
