Customer Success Group:
- Role – Technical Support Engineer
- Location – Hyderabad
- Work Hours – 24/7 Shifts
- Assist customers in resolving their custom code, integration and implementation of Salesforce products. This includes debugging, troubleshooting and ensuring issues are fully resolved.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.
- Demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.
- Explain features and Salesforce coding best practices.
- Manage customer expectations and customer experience to improve customer satisfaction.
- Actively maintain and participate in job related training activities.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent communication – oral and written
- Excellent badge in Salesforce administrator/developer, etc
- Solid understanding of HTML, XML, API, SQL
- C, C++, Java, RDBMS and OOPS concepts
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Solid understanding of internet technologies: Firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc.
- BE/B.Tech degree with a minimum 70% academic score in computer science
- Science or from a circuit design background
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
We are currently hiring for the CSG Support FTE role for the 2023 batch.
We will consider all majors from the following programmes of study:
