Job Description:
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer.
This job involves working on issues of varying scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
You will need to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and as well as techniques to achieve solutions.
The job involves frequent interactions with colleagues and as well as customers to gain the cooperation of others or make presentations of technical information/project activities.
AboutNetworks with senior internal/external staff in own area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support to engineers, technicians, and product support staff who diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and as well as troubleshoot systems.
- Responds to situations where first-line product support is unable to isolate or resolve problems with malfunctioning equipment or software.
- Reports design, reliability, and maintenance issues or bugs to engineering/software development.
- May be involved in customer installation and training.
- Provides support to customers/users when product is highly technical or challenging.
Requirements:
- Ideally, prior experience in a very similar field
- Very good communication skills
- 100% customer focused attitude
- Troubleshooting and as well as problem solving skills
- Fluent English
- Willingness to be on call
