We’re looking for a Recruiter for non-technical positions who will ensure candidates have a fantastic experience during our hiring process. We need a skilled communicator with a great people skillset. A tactician who can plan and execute top-notch hiring strategies. Someone who works as part of our team toward one goal – to bring the best A players in the world to Revolut
Are you ready?
What you’ll do:
- Recruit exceptional A-players to join Revolut’s rapidly growing team
- Collaborate with hiring managers and as well as stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
- Develop and refine an interview process that increases the quality of our assessments while optimising the candidate experience
- Be a trusted advisor for talent acquisition with a good understanding of the talent pool
- Moreover, Build a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
- Screening resumes and interviewing qualified candidates
- Driving the offer process and as well as bringing candidates to close
- Continuously ensuring you have a fantastic candidate experience
- Being a subject matter expert in your specialty market
- Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methodologies
What you need:
- 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
- Strong Boolean skills, experience with various sourcing platforms and also job boards
- Fluency in English (C1)
- High attention to detail
- Flexibility, critical thinking and as well as problem solving skills
- Experience in successfully working with senior stakeholders and also hiring managers
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A data-driven approach and experience with analytical dashboards
- Ambition, self-motivation and passion for our vision
Must have:
- Experience in a recruiting agency or high-growth startup and/or FinTech
- Previous executive search experience
- Fluency in other languages
