RedHat ecosystem experienced engineering team hiring Software Engineer(Remote) for a small Org working to provide a world class partner experience through RedHat partner certification program for various RedHat product certifications.
What are you going to do?
A Engineer will interact closely with various stakeholders (decision makers & designated partner managers) & will require comfortable & confident engagement with multiple levels of partner managers to maintain relationships present with confidence to internal & external parties; manage priorities.
You must have ability to proactively identify complex escalations & when to alert management for awareness; fostering partner relationships & influencing the level of development of partner relationships can outline the current scenario & issues.
Associates must have high level of insight & the ability to envision what needs to be done to achieve specific goals & implement successful strategies in future.
partners will participate in strategic planning regarding partner plans, ecosystem initiatives & partner routes to market.
What are you going to bring?
- relevant industry experience
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Knowledge of some tools like GitLab, GitHub, Jira, tools for monitoring like Grafana, Salesforce SFDC
- Other skills: hardware, RHEL, operations
- Knowledge of Red Hat Certification products or RedHat Certification Program will be an advantage
- Understand the value of a Red Hat subscription
