Data Visualization: Associate
Understanding how HC systems and future enhancements support both business and HC’ priorities, and identifying potential downstream and upstream impacts on other People Operations areas, as appropriate;
- Understanding of the processes and procedures associated with the People Team, particularly in the areas of deployment;
- Use of critical thinking skills with demonstrated experience working in teams solving problems with creativity using both positive and negative testing skills;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or redesign and support effective brainstorming while functioning as a creative problem solver;
- Present technical information and findings in an understandable manner to managers in both written and oral formats;
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of processes and as well as standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and quick reference cards (QRCs);
Moreover—
- Working knowledge and experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Alteryx, SQL, Python, UI Path;
- Assist in the development, testing, and as well as implementation of new technologies and enhancements while considering the impact on existing systems to ensure a cohesive end user experience;
- Understand external technologies and as well as maintain their currency;
- Understand business issues in terms of functional and technical requirements;
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies and audit skills to verify completeness or find errors and/or analyze complex data sets, preferably using Alteryx or similar technology;
- Work independently and as well as collaborate with a team in the execution of day-to-day operations;
