Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and qualified HR leader to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.
You’ll have responsibilities and work closely with the Director of Human Resources.
To perform well in this position, you should have experience as a HR professional in a generalist role or in HR operations.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall employee experience and engagement – activities, occasions, events, gatherings, meetings, etc.
- You will develop unconventional employee engagement concepts and as well as strive to create world-class employee experiences.
- Lead the onboarding and orientation process for all new hires.
- Responsible for managing the talent management process.
- Actively work on job openings, managing vendors and headhunting companies.
- Responsible for formulating new policies and monitoring the need to revise policies from time to time according to the evolving needs of the organization.
- Comply with federal, state and local labor laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to ensure compliance.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruiting, interviewing and hiring qualified applicants.
- Manages the entire employee life cycle
- Lastly, Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR as a HR generalist or in HR talent management role in reputable companies, preferably in a start-up company.
- Strong analytical skills and self-motivation to learn and adapt to dynamic work environment and challenges.
- Excellent understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement and as well as onboarding and orientation process through experience.
- Ability to think outside the box and constantly identify process improvement measures
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking skills
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in human resources.
