Job Description:
Programmers.io India Private Limited is currently looking for dynamic professionals to join us as US IT Recruiters. Programmers.io is looking for the ideal candidate who has a deep understanding of the IT industry and is able to source, screen and recruit quality candidates for our clients. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and must be able to handle multiple open positions simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Work with recruiters and clients to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and identify potential candidates through job postings, social media and referrals.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job postings.
- Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies to better understand job requirements and identify qualified candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to track and manage applicant information and progress.
- Advise and support other recruiters on the team.
Requirements: US IT Recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience IT, preferably in the US market.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry and trends.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring high quality IT candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and as well as time management skills.
