Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the IT industry and be able to source, screen and hire quality candidates for our clients. The US IT Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and must be able to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- They will work with recruiters and clients to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and identify potential candidates through job postings, social media and referrals.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified applicants for future job openings.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies at IT to better understand job requirements and identify qualified applicants.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to track and manage applicant information and progress.
- Provide guidance and support to other recruiters on the team.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the industry and trends at IT.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring quality IT candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience IT, preferably in the US market.
