What would you do in this role? Fresher Graduates
1. You’ll be an integral part of the pod strategy and will be required to define critical metrics. You’ll also monitor performance trends and influence any interventions based on performance.
2. You’ll work closely with the business and product functions to understand the business issues and translate them into the right analytical problem set
3. You’ll be responsible for the entire generation phase, working on deep, in-depth analysis to provide unbiased answers to the identified problem. These insights and decisions will be influenced based on your presentation of evidence and data-driven hypotheses
4. You aren’t just the “data person” but contribute your own thoughts on how to improve critical metrics for the pod. We love people who see themselves as business owners and then draw on the data to prove or disprove the idea.
What do you need to bring to the table to apply for this position?
- Minimum 0.6M to 3 years of analytics experience in relevant roles
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Passion for the business and also curiosity to understand how the product works
- Ability to write complex SQL queries to manipulate and consolidate multiple data sources to create dashboards and analytics
And——
- A flair for data and also the ability to handle large data sources
- Strong knowledge of Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView
- Knowledge of data analysis languages such as R, Python and basic statistical concepts is expected;
- Experience building ML models is desirable, but not required
- Ability to clearly present thoughts and as well as ideas either verbally or in writing.
- Candidates who are able to explain the story behind their analysis will find themselves at an advantage.
