Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, we are looking for someone with good business acumen and knowledge as well as analytical skills.
Requirements:
- Provide analysis and strategic input to facilitate high level decisions.
- Business planning and management for new and refurbished equipment.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to create and maintain records.
- Analyze complex reports and provide accurate and timely recommendations for business growth.
- Work closely with various departments and document and implement business processes, SOP, etc.
- Monitor spending patterns and implement necessary actions.
- Merging inputs from various functional teams and utilizing self-collected data and creating business plans.
- Reporting, dashboards, analysis and ad hoc reporting for various business units.
- Performing full queries across multiple databases.
- Effectively communicate with various teams and gather information for business growth.
Superpowers/abilities that will help you succeed in this position:
- Ability to multi-task.
- Hands-on experience with SQL at both beginner and advanced levels. Working on a large database.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, MS query, array formula).
- One or more domain skills such as banking, insurance, analytics, etc.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
