Job Description:
- Analyses complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision makers.
- Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in data sets to detect influences.
- Creates forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market insights.
- Creates specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and required or available data elements.
- May advise users and lead cross-functional teams to solve business problems.
- Moreover, May directly create data sets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
- May focus on internal operations or external customers and collaborate with professional services and outsourcing functions.

The graduate will work under the direction of an experienced colleague. The graduate’s primary role is to assist with tasks relevant to their area or function.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquire knowledge and experience in the area of expertise or function
- Acquire relevant hands-on experience and knowledge of the services or solutions offered by the respective area or function
- Provide general administrative duties for the respective area or function
- Coordinating meetings, logistics, filing, and record keeping
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and review system data for accuracy
- Identify errors or discrepancies and investigate and correct or refer for resolution
- Assist customers with less complex issues and maintain a log and/or list of all requests
