Job Description:
- Netrix is currently looking for PowerBI developers to join our Netrix Business Insights team.
- The ideal candidate for this role possesses a high level of oral and written communication skills and has at least 2-3 years of experience developing PowerBI reports, performing ETL responsibilities and working in a team environment.
- We are looking for versatile individuals with a working knowledge of data visualization strategies and a keen eye for detail.
- Moreover, This role is based on our NBI team, which focuses on internal reporting insights and analysis.
- Working alongside data architects and as well as engineers, PowerBI developers will participate in various responsibilities related to Netrix’s internal data science practice.
Responsibilities
- Power BI Report development.
- Construct Analysis Services datamarts and as well as reporting models.
- Design, develop, and deploy human consumable reports, KPI scorecards, and as well as dashboards using Power BI desktop.
- Furthermore, Establish connectivity to various source applications, participate in data ingestion activities, and transform data for end user consumption.
- Audit, analyze, and reconcile data for the purpose of providing insights via data storytelling/narrative, informative reports, and as well as supplementary visuals.
- Execute transformations within Power Query.
- Write complex DAX formulas within columns and measures.
- Use knowledge of Microsoft and as well as third-party visuals to meet reporting needs of business stakeholders.
- Produce white papers and as well as FAQ regarding design methodology, data filtration practices, information necessary for user adoption, and definition of business use case.
- Develop tabular and as well as multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.

Required Skills For Power BI Developer
- Experience with PowerBI Desktop, PowerBI Web, Microsoft Workspaces, and Microsoft O365 applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack: Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Office, and SQL Server.
- 2-3 years of experience in data-focused role(s).
- Experience with providing enterprise level analytics, reporting, and insights.
- General software and as well as app development skills
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and a willingness to grow skill set(s).
- Skilled in verbal and written communication
Interaction
- The PowerBI Developer will interact with members of the NBI Team on a daily basis.
- This position is not client facing but could requite interaction with various departments and as well as individuals within Netrix.
Miscellaneous
- This position is considered remote, and candidates are expected to have the ability to work from home.
- Stable and reliable internet connection is required.
- Shift timing is 10AM – 8PM IST with some flexibility.
- On occasion, shift adjustments may be required to accommodate company and as well as departmental staff meetings.
