Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have at least relevant experience working with various direct customers /Tier 1 vendors / implementation partners.
- Develop strategies for new business acquisition.
- Take a leadership role in developing and creating new business alliances and partnerships as well as nurturing existing clients for long term relationships.
- Expertise in recruiting nationals, EADs, green card holders and H1B consultants
- Team management, business development and business origination
- Track record of building, securing and maintaining business partners.
- Identify business trends and customer needs and work toward specific goals.
- Experience in end-to-end management – acquiring, placing and retaining resources.
- Proven placement skills – bringing in requirements, identifying resources, following up with clients, and closing the job in the shortest time possible
- Must work CST hours.
