Job Description
Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) is an integrated endpoint management solution that helps deliver a modern workspace and modern management capabilities to keep data secure. MEM is part of the Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite (EMS) and has been recognized by Gartner as a Leader in the Magic Quadrant for Unified Endpoint Solutions.
MEM currently manages more than 200 million devices for more than 300,000 organizations worldwide and is ranked as MEM. It is an integrated solution of Intune, Configuration Manager (also known as SCCM), Autopilot and Endpoint Analytics. It provides effective IT services:
- Sellable and secure deployment of operating systems, applications and updates
- Enforcement of compliance and security settings
- Cloud-based analytics and reporting for our customer persona IT admin and ITDM.
As a Software Engineer in this organization, you will work to develop modern experiences for IT workers and build world-class backend and analytics services.
In this function, you will work on one of the following problems
- Modernizing our resource access microservices for scale and simplicity.
- Scaling Intune reporting capabilities and improving visibility into device compliance levels.
- Scaling device health data pipelines and building an experimentation platform within compliance boundaries.
In this opportunity, you will work on developing core backend services that are critical to the management of our customers IT. You will have the opportunity to leverage various Azure technologies such as Event Hub, CosmosDB, and KeyVault to develop our mission critical services.

Qualifications
Skills and requirements essential for this role:
- at least 1 year of hands-on software development experience with a proven track record of designing solutions with demonstrated usage
- Strong problem solving skills and CS Fundamental Concepts.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, systems programming
- Passion for dealing with customers and a desire to exceed our customers’ requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop low-level design approaches, evaluate the pros and cons of design patterns for a feature enhancement.
- Become a subject matter expert on your own code base and functions.
- Actively code and participate in peer code review, design reviews.
