Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve their problems every day.
A Customer Service Representative combines technical support expertise with problem solving and customer service.
In your first month, you will be trained and assigned to work with a customer on the production floor.
Soon you’ll be multi-tasking and providing interactive solutions (chat, email, MS teams) while serving our concierge-level clients.
You will also work with back office teams to handle escalations. This is your chance to work with experienced staff who will share their knowledge with you.
As you work with many different people on a variety of issues, you will broaden your experience, skills, and understanding of what other professionals do.
In addition, there are numerous opportunities to find and work with mentors.

Required skills and experience
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of help desk support
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
