Job Description:
Responsible for partnering with the Business and supporting its overall objectives by enabling the Talent Management processes, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Compensation & Benefits for the Personal Care Business
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Talent Management: Manage end-to-end talent management processes for the Personal Care Business of ITC
- Performance Management: Anchor goal setting and appraisal processes for the Business, including simplifying current processes and as well as enabling functions to set effective goals
- Instead, Compensation and Benefit: Anchor C&B processes, including benchmarking and salary structure analysis
- Digitalisation of Key HR Processes: Find and execute interventions that enable ease of doing business
- Workforce Planning, Organization Structures and Budgeting: Help the Business in planning and managing their Structure and costs
- Lastly, Employee Engagement: Manage key employee engagement processes and interventions
- Special Projects

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
