Job Description:
Responsibilities
- As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role is to get to the heart of customer problems, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and as well as facilitate implementation to delight customers.
- You will develop a proposal by taking responsibility for parts of the proposal document and contributing to the solution design based on your expertise.
- Moreover, You will plan configuration activities, configure the product according to the design, conduct pilot testing in conference rooms, and as well as help answer questions related to requirements and solution design
- You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that meet customer budget requirements and as well as are consistent with company financial guidelines
- Lastly, You will actively lead small projects and contribute to departmental and as well as corporate initiatives with the goal of delivering high quality, value-added solutions to customers.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop value-added strategies and as well as models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase profitability of their business
- Furthermore, Strong knowledge of software configuration management systems
- Awareness of the latest technologies and as well as industry trends
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Understanding of financial processes for different types of projects and as well as the various pricing models available
- Ability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and as well as propose technology solutions
- One or two industry skills
- Skills in dealing with customers
