- Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing.
- Develops and as well as implements sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates.
- Thoroughly assessing candidates basis skills and experience. Understand Profile Do’s and Don’ts and profile review process, and also enforce across the Hiring Stakeholders.
- Moreover, Posts jobs as requires on multiple sourcing channels specially Linkedin.
Qualification required:
- 1+ years of recruiter experience in hiring top tech talent.
- C2H Hiring Experience is PLUS.
- Sourcing through various channels Linkedin is must.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and as well as written.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
