Infosys Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing, processing and maintaining new and re-enrollment of members. Processes and maintains health plan member and enrollment records and employer monthly reports. Verify enrollment status, make changes to records, research and resolve enrollment system denials. Maintaining records in the enrollment database.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a focused and productive manner each day, although tasks may be repetitive
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email and phone etiquette, active learning and an eye for detail, teamwork, executing transitions according to prescribed guidelines and timelines, adhering to SLA goals for the process within Infosys guidelines and standards
