Job Description:
As a Phone Banking Officer (mf), you will have the opportunity to interact with customers from different segments
and provide them with all the support they need to facilitate their banking transactions and as well as meet their banking, financial and investment needs.
You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries over the phone and as well as providing efficient service, providing customers with relevant product and service information, and selling various banking products to our existing customers over the phone.
To do this, it is essential to develop a thorough understanding of the customer’ profile, demographics, banking behaviour and portfolio.
As such, this role also requires a flair for identifying sales opportunities and driving revenue, with NPS at the core of your commitment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via telephone
- Providing customers with relevant product and service information
- Cross-selling various banking products to customers over the phone.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Hindi languages
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Good coordination skills
- Problem solving skills
- You should be a team player.
