Role & Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we provide in-depth technical and industry expertise to a broad range of public and private sector clients around the world.
- These centers provide our clients with locally based capabilities and as well as technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technologies.
- As a consultant, you will be there for our customers to sell, manage and as well as implement expert services, leveraging the full range of offerings and technologies from IBM.
- A successful consultant is viewed by clients as a trusted advisor who works with them to create innovative solutions to the most challenging business problems.
- You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategies, processes, technologies, and as well as information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, and increase profit and shareholder value
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and the development team to design and as well as implement creative solutions for Salesforce CRM applications.
- Use consulting skills and business knowledge to lead functional discussions to understand client business challenges and address solution architecture.
- Introduce and promote design and architecture guidelines, best practices and as well as standards to internal teams.
Required technical and domain expertise
- Salesforce Developer – Apex / Lighting Web Components (LWC) (required)
- Knowledge and experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud): Audiences Targeting in Experience Cloud (required)
- Experience Cloud knowledge and experience
- Salesforce Lightning/LWC *Apex *Integration
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
