Job description:
For Business analyst it applies basic principles, theories, and concepts of function to a limited number of tasks. Special training uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through previous education or experience. Act as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations to support team efforts. Make independent judgments on certain parameters.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Analysts to understand and develop project charters and SOWs for projects.
- Help teams develop and document concrete plans to move analytics solutions from concept to reality.
- The business support team partners with the project implementation team and ensures that operational documentation is complete throughout the data flow.
- Assist in facilitating and supporting the team, including process improvement meetings and workshops. business process redesign sessions, brainstorming sessions and various process improvement events.
- Support process design, documentation, development and workflow design.
- Support process owners, stakeholders and subject matter experts through processes and manage expectations.
- Conduct market research to stay in touch with manufacturing trends and supply chain management practices.

Knowledge and skills:
- Understanding of scientific design and data collection methodologies, tools, and analysis packages for collecting, validating, and analyzing research data.
- Basic knowledge of data cleaning and mining in Excel, Power BI and Python.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; Proficiency in English and local languages.
- Ability to effectively communicate research plans, recommendations, and findings.

Education and experience
- Graduate or post graduate in engineering, mathematics, computer science or equivalent.
