HP is now open for accepting application for Business Operations Analyst – 2023
Responsibilities –
- Responsible with discretion and judgment for supply chain processes such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment and import/export operations, and shipments to national or regional business units with minimal supervision.
- Match supply and demand by collecting key indicators and then using IT systems to report and analyze the data.
- Analysis of backlog management are equally important.
- Collect demand data by country and region for demand planning too.
- Analyze the current business processes of the business unit’s regional and global planning teams.
- Periodically review performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Knowledge and Skills –
- Good understanding of supply chain processes in addition (planning, sourcing, shipping).
- Proven analytical ability too.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; English and local language skills are equally important.
- Good interpersonal skills too.
- In addition basic skills required for working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Basic understanding of project management methodology.
- Developing business acumen and technical knowledge in areas of responsibility.
- Introduction to HP’s overall supply chain strategy.
- In addition basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP.
- A basic understanding of import and export regulations and compliance.
- Basic knowledge of stock analysis.
