Job Description:
Mission Statement:
Develop and manage global operations performance and analytics processes, systems and reporting activities for all business units.
Ensure effective implementation, maturity assessment and improvement of all processes across the value chain to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment across the local business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the SQO P&A Specialist in assessing business performance and key digital transformation initiatives.
- Understand the processes and objectives of the SQO function.
- Ensure proper documentation of business processes/applications.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Assist P&A Specialists with day-to-day activities related to business report development, analysis, and user story resolution.
- Participate in council meetings to understand stakeholder expectations and build working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist the Specialist in the accurate and timely preparation of monthly SQO reports.
- Participate in training, workshops and meetings.
Dimensions:
- The scope of this role is global and as well as cross-divisional.
- The role will involve approximately 20,000+ HC and will be a key contributor to ensuring a smooth transition of the new joint venture and supporting the long term strategic objectives.

- Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Basic Qualifications:
- College degree in Business Analytics, Data Science or similar quantitative field.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Preferred certifications in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Proficiency with query languages such as SQL, PL /SQL, programming languages such as Python and Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Good knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, data mining, unstructured data analysis and natural language processing.
- Ability to interact with business and other technical teams.
- Strong oral and written presentation skills.
- Ability to learn and respond quickly to the rapidly changing business environment.
- Always current with advances and best practices in analytics.
- Excellent cross/cultural skills and ability to work with diverse cultures.
