Job Description:
Responsibilities:
CEO Office:
- Operations → Provide data-driven insights and analytics to support the CEO in strategic decision making, forecasting, and as well as planning.
- Strategy → Collect, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data from multiple sources and transform it into meaningful insights, trends, and also recommendations.
- Operation → Develop, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and as well as business performance.
- Collaboration → Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, requirements, and also opportunities.
- Strategies → Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize business processes and increase efficiency.
- -Operations → Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
- -Strategy → Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across multiple systems and platforms.
Finance:
- 1.Strategy → Analyse financial data and build financial models for decision-making purposes.
- 2.Strategy → Support the budgeting and forecasting process by preparing accurate financial forecasts and analyses.
- 3.Operations → Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management.
- 4.Operations → Reconcile financial accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Product:
- *Strategy → Continuously transform business questions into data analysis to make data and evidence based decisions and key business recommendations.
- *Operations → Create visual representations of quantitative information to effectively present results and recommendations to various levels of leadership, develop and automate reports, iteratively create and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, resolve analytics requests.
- *Collaboration → Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand and articulate their business needs and perform end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations.
- *Strategy → Experimentation is at the heart of your work. You will be responsible for and document data-driven experiments as part of the team to improve product offerings.
- *Operations → Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in business/product analytics, data analysis, and visualization.
Skills & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering or other technical field is a must; advanced degrees preferred | top talent in any role
- You have a very good understanding of mobile and internet products, growth strategies and business dynamics | You are curious and constantly learning
- Moreover, You have 2 to 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably in an internet or technology company | top talent for any role
- You have extensive hands-on experience with SQL and Python I Think Deeply
- Familiar with processing, transforming, and analyzing complex, high-volume, and high-dimensional data from a variety of sources. Experience with querying large data sets using BigQuery is a plus. Thinking deeply
