Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Inquiries and approvals for the offered online/blended learning programs for the national and international market
- Supervision of the entire sales life cycle: from contacting the large number of qualified leads to the final conversion, i.e. enrollment in the program
- Advice from experienced professionals by phone or email on which course will be useful for them is useful for their professional development, and suggest the best options
- Update and maintain the report MIS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6 months + experience in sales (technical sales would be preferred, not required)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
Requirements:
- At least 0-2 years of professional experience, much of it in BPOs, consulting or sales (Travel, BFSI, EdTech, FinTech)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – especially Excel
- Preferred Ed-Tech background with experience in Tech/Saas/ IT sales
