Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently perform data preparation/data modelling required for visualisation.
- Mastery of DAX and Power Query.
- Gather report requirements from various stakeholders, create solution/report, understand/analyse source data and deliver reports on time
- Create and design intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI for data-driven decisions.
- Performance monitoring, fine tuning and optimization of dashboards.
- Experience designing complex dashboards using all the features of Power BI
- Experience publishing and releasing dashboards, scheduling data updates.
- Regular work with an ETL tool, preferably SSIS, is a plus.
- Involvement in administrative activities such as publishing, adding users, creating subscriptions and deployment.
- Extracting data from multiple data sources
- Interact with business partners and as well as customers regarding reporting needs and requirements.
- Practical execution of integration tests, design and development of test scenarios, execution of validation and documentation of results
Minimum Qualifications
B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science/ BE /B Tech. or equivalent work experience in the desired field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical and as well as problem solving skills
- Excellent MS office skills, including MS Excel
