We invite applications for the position of Manager, Salesforce Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Mid-level/senior business analyst with strong functional/business analysis skills and also experience with Salesforce
- Furthermore, Proficiency in requirements gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and as well as break down requirements into user stories
- Organize and refine user stories in the backlog
- Review test cases
- You should have worked in agile project methodologies
- Hands-on involvement in validation of functionality
- Conduct demo sessions with customers
- Coordinating with the QA team and also responding to QA requests
- Working independently on projects
- Salesforce administration would be a plus
- Strong verbal and as well as written communication skills
Qualifications we are looking for in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Salesforce Administrator, or related certifications
